Summary
We distribute here the full catalog of HII regions based on the integral field spectroscopy (IFS) data of the AMUSING++ compilation. This sample comprises 678 galaxies in the nearby universe (z~0.015), covering a wide range of stellar masses and morphologies. We detect HII regions in 539 of them using the criteria described in Lugo-Aranda et al. (submitted). The final catalog provides with the spectroscopic information of ~52,000 individual regions, including the flux intensities and equivalent widths of 30 emission lines covering the wavelength range between 4700-9300 AA. All emission lines has been corrected by the DIG component, following the detection and decontamination procedure included in the pyHIIextractor code. In addition, the information about the stellar population composition integrated along the line-of-sight of the aperture corresponding to each ionized regions provided. This catalog is the result of the continuation of the project we started using the eCALIFA IFS survey (Espinosa-Ponce et al. 2020, 2022). The catalog of HII regions described along this article, with the full set of parameters derived for each region, is presentedin five different files for each galaxy (labeled by its name, GALNAME):- HIIREGIONS.GALNAME.flux_elines.ecsv: eCSV table including the fluxes of the emission lines extracted for each HII region with in the considered galaxy, together with the location of the region with respect to the center of the galaxy. Each re-gion corresponds to one row, labeled with an unique ID and the galaxy name (GAL-NAME).
- HIIREGIONS.GALNAME.SFH.ecsv : eCSV table including the weight sof light (V-band) of the decomposition of the stellar population for each stellar population included in the SSP template adopted byPipe3D (Sanchez et al. 2016b).
- HIIREGIONS.GALNAME.SSP.ecsv (.fits): eCSV table including the average properties of subyacent stellar population (age, [Z/H], dustattenuation), as described in Sanchez et al. (2016b).
- HIIREGIONS.GALNAME.INDEX.csv (.fits): eCSV table including the EW (and errors) of a set of stellar indices.
